She was spotted yesterday outside the courthouse as Wayne turned himself in showing her admiration for Weezy with a tattoo.

As previously reported yesterday, Bronx bred rapper DMX was arrested without bond in Arizona after violating his parole by using drugs.
According to police, X, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was arrested after he was found to be in possession of cocaine by the Adult Probate Department yesterday (March 10).
In a court appearance yesterday, DMX accused police in Phoenix targeting him for arrest, harassing him and abusing his civil rights.
DMX faces 5 unspecified counts of parole violation. Joe Arpaio, Phoenix’s self-proclaimed “toughest sheriff in America,” is calling for DMX to serve serious prison time.

“We’ve been treating him with kid gloves. I think it’s about time to give him hard time,” Sheriff Arpaio said.
This arrest marks the fifth time that the rapper/actor has been arrested; the most recent incident ended with DMX serving a 90-day sentence for felony convictions including cruelty to animals, theft and two drug counts and was released from jail in May of 2009.
DMX is currently being held without bond until March 16th, when he will appear in front of a judge for a hearing.
SMH. It’s sad and we really hope that DMX can eventually kick the habit or else the next show he will end up on will be “Intervention.”
With the addition of Cory Gunz to the stable, it has been reported that rapper B.G. has returned home and signed back with Cash Money Records.
Although money troubles in the past caused a rift in the business and personal relationship between the rapper and Birdman, it looks like the time away has allowed B.G. to get his business mentality up to par to ensure that what happened to him before won’t happen again.
It feels like the Hot Boyz reunion is coming a lot closer as days progress.
Already building his relationship back with Mannie Fresh, Juvenile and Lil Wayne, the vintage Cash Money army is starting to make their return.
Speaking with HipHopWired, B.G. spoke on becoming a free agent after the release of Too Hood 2 Be Hollywood and what it would take to be back with Cash Money and Birdman.
“If the numbers right, if it makes sense.”
He also spoke on how Baby attempted to help B.G. be released from Atlantic Records.
“E1 called Atlantic and asked them what they doing with me. What’s the hold up on B.G’s album? He offered them a deal, baby offered them a deal to and they turned him down. I guess, they don’t want to see me win or not. Everything worked out perfect, it couldn’t be better.”
Similar to the possibility of L.O.X. doing business with Diddy again, let’s hope that B.G. has smartened up since then and won’t make the same mistake.

Jamie Foxx and Stacey Dash spent the evening party hopping together after the Oscars. According to one of my favorite sites CL, Stacey Dash and Jamie Foxx are dating, however they are not exclusive. Stacey Dash has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband Emmanuel Xuereb.
The coupled posed for an amazing photo shoot with their kids a year ago which was featured on Black Celebrity Kids. This would be Stacey Dash’s third divorce. She was previously married to Brian Lowell and James Maby. Stacey also has a child with singer Christopher Williams. 
A Shelbyville, Kentucky minister has been sentenced for having sex with a 15-year-old boy and the minister is HIV positive. And Minister James Bell admits, he knew he was HIV positive at the time of act.
“All child sex abuse, no matter who the perpetrator is, is horrific and damaging. But it’s especially damaging if it’s a religious figure,” said David Clohessy with Survivors Network Abused by Priests (SNAP).
Such is the case for a now 17-year-old boy sexually abused by James Bell on numerous occasions two years ago.
Bell was minister of Refuge Temple Church of God in Christ in Shelbyville. The church’s website says Bell is married with three children and “a man of great faith who preaches the whole counsel of God.”
But in 2008, Bell voluntarily came forward to police and admitted to having unprotected sex with a juvenile. Bell knew then that he is HIV positive.
The judge sentenced Bell to 7 years behind bars and 20 years on the sex offender registry.
D’Angelo is back in legal trouble after being arrested and charged with soliciting a prostitute in New York.
D’Angelo, whose real name is Michael Archer, was arrested Saturday (March 6). According to The New York Post, the singer allegedly offered an undercover policewoman $40 for oral sex.
According to published reports, D’Angelo was driving in his Range at about 2:30 a.m. when he saw a woman he believed to be a prostitute. After asking the woman for sex, he was arrested and charged with solicitation. According to the sources of the New York Post, the singer had $12,000 in his car at the time of his arrest.
D’Angelo has been plagued by legal troubles since his 2002 arrest for allegedly resisting arrest. Since then the singer has been arrested repeatedly for charges ranging from possession of marijuana to DUI.
In 2007, he received suspended jail sentences after pleading guilty to charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. A Virginia judge revoked his license for 13 and a half months and fined him $1,250, with additional penalties suspended. He also was injured in a car accident in 2005.
Dang, times must really be hard for D’Angelo if he’s trying to buy “a good time”…SMH. I wish he would drop the weight, go commando and release the long awaited follow up to Voodoo as music really needs him right now.

A Deerfield Beach, Florida convenience store clerk reportedly defended himself against an armed robber. Police say that the 25 year old store clerk was in the Snappy Convenience Store on Friday night when a hooded man walked in, drew a gun, and pointed it at the clerk. Fearing for his life, the clerk reportedly grabbed his self defense gun and shot the robber once in the jaw, causing the robber to fall to the floor. When the robber tried to get up and continue the attack, the clerk fired a second shot, causing the robber to cease his attack, according to police. A suspect, reportedly identified as 24 year old Alexander Brown, was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive and face charges, police say. The store clerk was unharmed.
