J. Diaz was born and raised in Houston, Texas with sangre cubana flowing through her veins. The daughter of a hard working single mother and descendant of Cuban immigrants who sought their freedom in the United States, her reality was riddled with challenges and adversity at an age when most little girls worry about nothing more than Barbie dolls and playing make believe. At 11 years old, J. Diaz went to live with her grandparents, where she discovered and honed her musical talents, excelling at the piano. But even then, the world of fashion spoke to the young belle and her calling was awakened.

With the firm foundation of her past to guide her, J. Diaz has taken the entertainment and fashion industries by storm. Her strikingly exotic beauty is exactly the type of refreshing departure from cookie cutter trends that the modeling world needs. She is currently under a non-exclusive contract with Premiere Models, which allows her to pursue jobs independently, as well as with other agencies. Her experience includes print, runway and promotional work.

Most recently, J. Diaz is channeling her flair for fashion along with her admiration for the Victoria’s Secret “Angels” models as she designs her own line of lingerie catering to women of all shapes and sizes. Ultimately, she plans to open an upscale lingerie boutique featuring her designs.
